Returns

Customers have the right to return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving their order.

Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and the packaging must be undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellation Policy

At Evélla Advanced Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Booking Deposits

All treatments require a booking deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits must be paid within 4 days of booking confirmation.
Appointments may be released if the deposit is not received within this timeframe.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation or rescheduling is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled at the discretion of Evélla Advanced Aesthetics.
In such cases, the booking deposit may be forfeited.

No-Show Policy
