Cancellation Policy

All treatments require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their appointment slot and deposit. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit.
